New Patient Video Consultation - $200 for a 60 minute consultation.

Included:

An in-depth consultation with a Board-Certified Doctor. This is best for one main problem/complaint.

Review of any available laboratory work you have done prior to your visit with Dr. John, or any notes from your PCP relevant to your complaint.

A detailed report of findings, and a Treatment Plan with Recommendations. Laboratory or Imaging studies ordered as required.

New Patient Video Consultation - $250 for a 90 minute consultation.

Included:

An in-depth consultation with a Board-Certified Doctor. This is best for multiple problems/complaints.

Review of any available laboratory work you have done prior to your visit with Dr. John, or any notes from your PCP relevant to your complaint.

A detailed report of findings, and a Treatment Plan with Recommendations. Laboratory or Imaging studies ordered as required.

Follow up Video Appointment - $150 for a 30 minute consultation.

Included:

Follow up on the results of treatment, discussion about Laboratory or Imaging study results and answering all questions.

Review of treatment plan and new Recommendations as appropriate.
